5. Deliveries

5.1 Except for the first two days of the Chinese New Year and when a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, we deliver to specific areas in Hong Kong from Monday to Friday only. We currently do not deliver to remote areas and outlying islands. We reserve the right to refuse delivery at our sole discretion. You agree and accept that you will collect the ordered goods from our stores and that we will not accept cancellation of orders or refunds to you under any circumstances.

5.2 We will deliver your order to the delivery address you have provided via our staff or a third party supplier. When you confirm receipt of the goods, you agree to present photo identification upon request. When goods are delivered to the delivery address you have provided, they are deemed to be delivered to you and received by you. If you fail to take delivery of the goods for any reason, you agree and accept that we have the option to charge you additional fees or cancel your order.

5.3 Unless otherwise specified, we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the goods within 48 hours of accepting your order.

5.4 We may make one or more deliveries. Any time and date for dispatch of goods, or the time required for delivery, is an estimate only. If we are unable to meet any specified dispatch or delivery date or time, we will notify you of the progress of your order. You agree and accept that we will not accept cancellation of orders or refunds to you under any circumstances.

5.5 You will become the owner of the Goods once the Goods you have purchased have been delivered to you. Where goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or damage.
